Cancellations and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

• No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

2. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a partial or full service fee may still apply.

3. Deposits

• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

• If a cancellation is made with sufficient notice (24 hours or more), the deposit may be transferred to a future booking within 30 days.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed services, as results can vary based on individual factors.

• If there is a concern about a service received, please contact the salon within 48 hours so that a follow-up appointment or correction can be arranged.

• Refunds for prepaid packages or gift vouchers will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.
