Cancellations and Refund Policy
Inspirations Beauty Specialists
1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
2. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a partial or full service fee may still apply.
3. Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

If a cancellation is made with sufficient notice (24 hours or more), the deposit may be transferred to a future booking within 30 days.
4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services, as results can vary based on individual factors.

If there is a concern about a service received, please contact the salon within 48 hours so that a follow-up appointment or correction can be arranged.

Refunds for prepaid packages or gift vouchers will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.
5. Policy Agreement
By booking an appointment through www.inspirationsbeauty.co.za, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellations and Refund Policy.
