During your treatment, you may feel a mild warmth on the skin as the laser works, and slight redness can occur afterwards, typically disappearing within a few hours. There is no downtime, so you can continue with your normal activities immediately after your appointment.
To protect your skin, apply SPF throughout the day and avoid heat exposure, such as hot showers or saunas, for the first 24 hours.
After your session, it’s normal to experience mild redness, which usually fades quickly. If needed, you can apply a cold compress to soothe the area. Avoid sun exposure for the next 48 hours and apply SPF daily to protect treated skin.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Appointment Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
2. Late Arrivals: Arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and fees may still apply.
3. Deposits: Some services require a non-refundable deposit, deducted from your total on the day. With 24+ hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a new booking within 30 days.
4. Refunds: No refunds for completed services. If you have concerns, contact us within 48 hours for a follow-up or correction. Refunds for prepaid packages or vouchers are only considered in exceptional cases.
