Bookings Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund policy Inspirations Beauty Specialists 1. Appointment Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. 2. Late Arrivals Arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and fees may still apply. 3. Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit, deducted from your total on the day. With 24+ hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a new booking within 30 days. 4. Refunds No refunds for completed services. If you have concerns, contact us within 48 hours for a follow-up or correction. Refunds for prepaid packages or vouchers are only considered in exceptional cases. 5.
